Roland White is the Director and Head of Practice, bringing over 20 years of professional experience across engineering and law. After qualifying as a Chartered Engineer and working within the UK Civil Service and leading blue-chip companies, Roland transitioned into law, where he has built a respected career advising clients on complex immigration and asylum matters.

Roland holds a BEng (Hons), PDL (Law) and GDL (Law), completed his legal studies through Woolsey Hall Oxford and BPP Law School, and has successfully passed the Law Society Immigration Senior Caseworker examinations. He is an OISC-registered adviser and a Law Society Immigration & Asylum Accredited lawyer.

With a particular passion for family immigration, Roland is dedicated to helping individuals and families remain together in the UK. He is known for providing clear, practical legal advice, strong representation, and a client-focused approach throughout every stage of the immigration process.

Olive White is a Partner and Immigration Lawyer with over 10 years of professional experience advising individuals and families on UK immigration matters. She combines a strong academic background with extensive management experience, enabling her to provide practical, client-focused legal guidance.

Olive holds a PhD in Theology and a Master's degree in Marketing. Before entering the legal profession, she held several senior management positions within a leading UK blue-chip company. She is an OISC-registered Immigration Adviser and is also an experienced trainer in immigration law.
